- Hi, how can I merge the D drive space into the C drive?

Depending on the model number but on most of the newer PC's, they are two separate drives and cannot be merged.
Typically there is a SSD for C and a conventional SATA drive as D.(with D being larger than C)
I'm not an HP employee.

"theoldman" is correct if you do indeed have two drives of different capacity with the C: drive being the smaller one you will be unable to merge (or copy) files from the (data) partition into the C (boot) partition if the data exceeds the c drive's free space
however if the two partitions are on one physical drive or the physical C: drive is larger than the D drive then it is possible to move all data to C: and have only one partition/drive
there are free and paid apps from several sources that can merge partitions or move data from different locations into one central one
