Hello,
How can the Bios of the t530 thin client be flashed from the bios itself, and not from the OS?
If it can, where can I obtain the files ?
Please guide through the process.
Thanks.

Thanks for the guide, however, where can I find the M41_0107.exe file?
Without it, I cannot proceed with the guide.
In HP support site, I found no such file for updating the firmware.
I prefer not to download BIOS files from other sources.

You may wish to hire this out to a competent computer shop. The info provided you above is excellent and the author provided the answer:
HP Thin Clients BIOS (parkytowers.me.uk)
I've attached a PDF of the HP ReadMe on the newer 1.08 version below and edited in the active functioning HP address at the top in red for you to find it. I've downloaded that HP SoftPaq here (released 12/30/21), it extracts to the root level of the C drive inside the SWSetup folder it creates, and inside that is the BIN folder containing only the M41_0108.bin file. Put that single M41_0108.bin by itself on the top level of a small FAT32 formatted thumb drive, insert that while client is off, cold boot, go right into BIOS, navigate to Flash system ROM, go enjoy a cup of tea, and reboot when the BIOS upgrade is done. Don't touch anything while the update is happening, and the process may result in 1 or more auto-shutdowns and auto-boots.
This is the only way I will update BIOS, from within BIOS, because it is the safest method in my experience. HP's instructions are a bit different and in some cases even have been incorrect.
EDIT: For example, for HP workstations of the ZX40 family and forwards the way to do this from within BIOS changed. HP specified that rather than putting the .bin file at the "top" level of a thumb drive you had to put it down in the bottom folder of 3 specifically named folders nested together. For a time, HP had those same instructions of nesting 3 folders for the BIOS upgrade of the ZX20 family of HP workstations. That would not work, of course. I let them know and they corrected the instructions back to the correct way. The point is you need to do this correctly or it won't work.
Read attached PDF and use the proper HP address in red letters at the top to download the SoftPaq... that is what the shop will need.
