I have HP EliteOne 1000 G2 AIO 27-UHD with Radeon RX560 Dedicated video card.
(1) How can I change the brightness?
Windows display settings does not have the brightness control bar. AMD radeon settings does not have it either. System is fully updated. If I use keyboard shortcut for brightness control, brightness OSD appears and the brightness bar shifts but the actual brightness of the display does not change at all.
(2) How can I adjust the contrast?
I can't find any way to adjust the screen contrast. Radeon software does not have it either.
(3) How can I enable "Fluid Motion" on my RX560 mobile
There is no "Video" tab in my AMD Radeon Settings software even after all updates. So I can't access AMD Fluid Motion Video to begin with. What can I do to solve this problem?
I searched Internet very hard for hours but could not find any relevant information at all. Please help.
Thank you.

I can't speak to the Radeon card directly, because we only use nVidia Quadro cards. I believe the situation will be identical, however. Our cards can produce images and work with the generic Microsoft provided VGA drivers. However, there is software from nVidia that adds accelerators and control over the cards that includes brightness and contrast control, 3-D capabilities, etc. The frame rate and speed of the cards is much faster with this software. HP has a W10 driver package available for that workstation.
So, I believe that is what you are missing. Go search for drivers for your workstation...... you may want a computer shop to help you on this.

Thank you for your advice.
Unfortunately, nVidia softwares are not compatible with AMD Radeon video cards.
I tried AMD softwares on the HP support page but it still does not provide functions I am looking for.
I'll keep on digging the web for solution but I must say I am very disappointed with HP's lack of documentation, instruction, or guide for these basic and necessary functions anywhere on their website.

Same problem here ... 1000 G2 AiO 27" UHD with Intel UHD 630. No chance to adjust brightness and contrast. I 've also tried to install the Intel Control Panel ... installation successful but nothing happens when I start the tool.
Is there any solution? Come on HP!! The display is much too bright in the standard setting!
