I need to boot from cdrom. Can't seem to figure this out...

You should be able to boot from the DVD drive by having a disk in the drive, turn on or restart the PC.

 

Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the DVD drive (may be also called a multi-bay) and press the Enter key.
