Product: HP Z440 Base Model Workstation
I Have bios version M60 V02.61 And my cpu is Intel(R) Xeon(R) E5-1607 V4.
Both support virtulization but i cannot find the setting. Been in bios for hours. Chat gpt quite literally gave up on trying to help.

See chapter 2, page 29 of the service manual for the location of the enable VT setting if the processor supports VT:

According to the Intel processor specs at the link below, the Intel(R) Xeon(R) E5-1607 V4 processor does support VT.
