"But when boot in windows it's Not shown the HDD --- well?"

if it is blank, you must activate it, formatting it with an assigned letter, to see it in the explorer

for the rest rather see with @SDH  , more used to  with this type of machine, it seems to me

install the intel RSTe 4.3 (SCU) driver from the HP site to active the "SCU" sata ports using the "F6" method, or connect the drive to one of the two standard sata 6GBps ports which do not require a driver

"Can I Download Software That Came with My Computer?

This video explains how to find software and drivers for your HP computer using HP's support site, HP System Recovery, and searching the Internet."

You mean follow this video,... and installing in Windows10 this? For installing intel RSTe 4.3 (SCU) driver from the HP site to active the "SCU" sata ports using the "F6" method, ...?

What means F6...?

Is any danger for the HDD data,...? And HDD data disk, should be in place in the hp Z620, during installing?
