Currently I am having an issue where I need to update the firmware of the t5335z boxes that I have so that I can run an updated version of citrix on it. I have tried using the usb boot imaging but with every unit I have tried I have not been able to get to the boot screen at all. I have tried contacting HP support through the phone and they weren't able to help as the unit is out of warrenty and they don't seem to have much documentation left on the device. One thing they did mention is that we might be able to get to a boot menu if we can log on to the admin mode for the devices. The thing is that they weren't able to provide me a way to access the admin mode. So I come here to see if anyone has any idea for what I could do so that I can either access the admin mode for the machine or I can update the firmware in any way possible.

To login as administrator on the HP T5335z thin client, restart the thin client and keep tapping the left SHIFT key until you get the login prompt. At the login prompt, type the user name as Administrator and the password as admin. (or whatever you set them to)

I appreciate the help you have tried giving but after trying these methods you have provided I have sadly not gotten the results that I am looking for. If you have any other methods that I could try I would greatly appreciate it!
