I want to change the RAM frequency from 1333MHz to 1600MHz because my 1600MHz RAMs are working on 1333MHz with a compatible system.

So how can I change the RAM frequency?

There is no option to do that in the bios of my HP Z220 SFF Workstation I think there will be a way to go in some type of advance settings of bios in HP computers so please help me!

The memory speed will be driven by the speed of your processor, not the other way around.  If your memory is rated faster than your processor speed it will not run faster than your processor speed... it will slow down to match the speed of your processor.  You can not force your processor to run faster than its max speed  by using faster memory.

I'd set BIOS back to factory defaults.... if your processor is capable of 1600 and your memory is rated to 1600 and it is memory that is HP-certified for that workstation then you may have a cooling problem.  Is it HP memory?  Is it certified for that workstation?  What is your cooling?

one other thing to be aware of , the HP BIOS does not support unlocked (K) series cpu's feature of raising the base clock or cpu multiplier as these are workstations designed for stability and 24/7 operation, and overclocking runs counter to this......

the bios also has no options to overclock ram for the same reason, so as "SDH" mentioned the only ram speeds will be what the cpu supports
