Hi Joselso,
First of all thanks for reply.
The thing is i am looking some remote solutuon through HPDM for around 500 clients. For manually deleting is not a problem, we can directly locate to that folder and delete that file or go to task manager, startup the disable.
I found one solution but firstly I have to check this registry location and see startup file is present or not here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
If startup file is present here then we can delete via command line for example: reg delete

Search, or Run: msconfig.exe (you will need Administrator credentials for that);
Then, in the small window that will open, click on Startup tab, and you will find the file you are looking for, among the list of Startup Item Command Locations.
Uncheck it on the left-hand side of the list, click OK and restart the computer. That file should not be active anymore.
At any time you may re-check that file in msconfig.exe if ever you need it again.
