Dear HP advisor,

My computer got locking down suddenly. So I had to turn it off and turn it on after 10 seconds. But HP laptop got boot loops for 15 minutes , black screen afterwards. I can clearly hear it is running, but not properly boot up. Please help !

Thank and praise Lord. The problem was fixed after unplug the computer power, turn it off and three repeating boots up. YouTube channel https://youtu.be/_qF-oqPrn7M is also helpful.
