Hp Thin Client T520 & USB Headset

I have been searching around online and im still struggling to find what i need. 

We have a Windows TS enviroment and HP T520 Thin Clients connecting to them. 

We also have Plantronics USB headsets (for voice and audi) so they are able to make skype / VOIP calls from the TS.

However i cant see to get the USB headset to be picked up as an input / output device.

Any suggestions?

Which version of the T520 are you using? 

We’re using the smart pro version, and I've found that the Jabra Link 180, connected to a Plantronics wireless headset, does allow audio to pass to a PC (not TS) through our firewall.

I need to test this more thoroughly, as I've only done it in the office and not using Dragon, but it’s a start…

I am having the same issue, no matter what I do I cannot get the USB to register on the thin client as an audio source. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
