We Though the memory modules can run up to 5200\4800MHz, the current platform will only be able to
support the maximum memory speed of 4400MHz.

What memory do you have?  You can use the WMIC command to reveal memory.

 

Using the windows command prompt, please run the following command and report back what it reveals


wmic memorychip get devicelocator, capacity, speed, MemoryType, formfactor, partnumber, manufacturer


for example

Can you check the speed of a single stick of memory?  Take one out and see if it runs at 4800 instead of 4400?
