I have a Z420 But when i power on it the screen remains blank for 20 to 30 seconds then a couple of numbers shows in the lower right corner B1 B2 etc... its stay there for 10 to 15 seconds
and after that  windows screen comes up.
2nd issue is when I press bios key like f10 or Esc. Pc not go to in bios setting but it stuck there and nothing happened
in the lower right corner B1 B2 shows.

It's probably your video card - the BIOS is not signed, and UEFI boot is on.

 

Try another card, or clear BIOS with the button on the motherboard.
