HP is known for having limited free rom space for add in cards which  have a rom such as bootable raid/network cards

also free "contiguous" rom space can be a issue on HP's

have you installed any PCI-e cards in the system? if so have you changed the slot order of these cards?

for the z620, try disabling the onboard network boot rom in the bios, and if you boot from the raid card, disable the onboard intel sata boot rom

if the above fails to fix the issue, try moving/swapping  the card slot locations

from a previous post by me:

reset bios to factory defaults, by removing the pwr cable then pressing the pwr button and the remove the side cover and press cmos reset (or remove cmos battery)

reinstall battery, side cover pwr cord and boot into bios, now read below for possible solution to rom space error

some  add in cards and motherboard onboard devices such as raid controllers, network cards have a onboard rom that the motherboard bios then integrates allowing the device to work as intended

this rom space is limited and some systems (like the z620) have very limited rom space and can display a out of option rom error message when a new or existing device is added or enabled

you can resolve the error by disabling any onboard devices in the computer's bios that are not used which have option roms like the onboard network card rom can be disabled if booting from it is not required, same for a onboard SATA/SCSI/SAS controller which is not used as a bootable device

some bios's (like the z620) also have a option to disable a PCI slot's ability to load the option rom on a installed card if said card will not be used as a boot device

last, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES  ENABLE THE COMPUTE OPTIONS OF ANY PCI-E SLOT!!!!

doing so will prevent any video cards display section from functioning,...the compute is only used in very rare configurations where specific software supports a secondary video device as a non display device, but accesses it as a secondary compute/cpu like device instead

sigh, i specifically mentions which items to disable, instead you have disabled numerous options

your sec pict shows that you have disabled all of the pci-e slots ability to have a inserted card activate/use it's onboard rom

and you wonder why you are having issues?

please reset the bios back to FACTORY DEFAULTS, and only disable the onboard networking boot rom option
