Sir,

I have a problem i my laptop display but i lost my laptop bill and it is still in waranty . So can i get the duplicate bill.I purchase the laptop from an hp authorised dealer and when i got to his shop for duplicate bill he refused it.

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

Sorry, but your receipt is with the seller of the PC, not with HP.  HP would not have a copy of that receipt to furnish you.

 

Did you register your PC online with HP?

 

For issues like this, you have to contact HP Customer Support and deal directly with them.  We can no do anything about these issues in this forum.

If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
