For the PS2 HP laser mice I use you can find them on eBay via this.... check all those numbers for the best buy:

Silver/Black laser mouse, PS2, 417441-002 with Spares P/N 537748-001

All black one has same Spares P/N but assembly P/N of 600553-002

HP PS2 keyboards.... and my advice is to only buy a new one.  They are quite inexpensive.  The later versions are W10 compatible for whatever good that provides

:

For me, the Chicony Electronics version is the best for keyboard key feel.  I don't like the Silitek Electronics version.  Both have the same look, and same part numbers from HP, but you can see the make by a label on the bottom of the keyboard, and printed on the cardboard box they come in.  That is not on the white HP label on the box.  Tell the seller when you buy exactly what you want and why.

A pattern:  for the HP 9 digit part number if the digit before the hyphen in the *Assembly* part number is a 6 it will be a PS2 version, and if it is a 7 it will be a USB version.  There are both assembly and spares part numbers for each HP item, generally.

Here's another way to identify the different keyboards from info you can often see in the eBay ad:

KB-1156 seems to be Chicony PS2 (my favorite)
KU-1156 seems to be Chicony USB (good key feel but USB)
SK-2015 seems to be Silitek PS2
SK-2025 seems to be Silitek USB

****Thus, eBay search for KB-1156 (or 672646-001, -002, or -003 and then find the Chicony ones)****

Why does HP still use PS2 in their workstations, and sell new PS2 keyboards/mice?  It has to do with security.  "Three letter agencies" fill USB ports with epoxy for a reason.... And HP wants to accommodate them with an alternative to USB ports.  That is a big market.
