Microsoft Windows 11

I recently successfully upgraded my desktop to Windows 11.

I am now trying to log in using a windows 11 compatible, external USB, fingerprint device.

I successfully installed the fingerprint reader and PIN in Window Hello.

When I try to login, the only login options I have are "Spare Key" and "Windows Password"

I can login to my Microsoft User account using the fingerprint device.

The fingerprint reader is present in "biometric devices" in device manager and the properties tell me that I have the latest drivers installed.

Any advice to help me  login to my computer using the fingerprint device, would be very much appreciated. Many thanks
