I get 6 beeps when I turn on my hp z420 pc

My pc was working just fine  then it started to give me 6 beeps when I turn it on

I tried another video card and it worked .

I have gtx 1050 ti video card

Side note : about 5% percent of the times the pc will start and act normal and the gpu runs ..  but mostly it will not and the gpu fans won't spin and I get the same 6 beeps.

Some technicians told me it's a power supply problem and others told me my gpu is dead although it works sometimes

Possibilities...

Power button LED blinks 6 times with 6 beeps

Video Card or Graphics - Reset the graphics card (if applicable). If the problem is not resolved, remove other accessory cards, and replace the graphics card or Main-Board.

LED blinks 6 times - BIOS

BIOS authentication failure.  Restore BIOS if available.

Press the Windows+ B keys to do a BIOS recovery or replace the Main-Board.

6 beeps Pre-video graphics card error: (BIOS did not detect a VGA-compatible device) For systems with integrated graphics, replace system board. For systems with graphic cards, • 1 Reseat the graphics card. Power on the system. • 2 Replace the graphics card. • 3 Replace the system board.
