Hello. I am having trouble contacting Hewlett Packard support. The phones listed on the company's website do not work. When trying to contact through the company's website, it says that such a serial number does not exist.

My problem is a hard drive failure on the server HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 s\n [Personal Information Removed]

Yours is a commercial server product.

You need to check with HPE - HP Enterprise
