you have a corrupted windows 7, and due to this you will not be able to do a win 7 to 10 upgrade
https://windows10dll.nirsoft.net/shacct_dll.html
reinstall windows 7, and all current updates then do the win 10 update. do not install any other programs until the win 7 to 10 update finishes as some win 7 programs like anti virus apps will cause issues

Before do Upgrade - I created restore point - may this bring back Win 7 Pro normal operation?
If Not bring back, are any files to replace to fix --- without reinstalling Windows7 pro???
2
NVIDIA card drivers - installing
Drivers of Graphics card may be updated by going to the device manager find the device and right-click ...properties and click update drivers
Also along by downloading the driver manually and installing??

I have a DVD Win 10 Upgrade [run setup.exe] 64-bit created 10 Jan 2020.
If I go and upgrade to Win 10 Pro [third time - before I failed twice] with this DVD you recommend as Microsoft recommends download updates during upgrade or Not download or being disconnected from the Internet???

1. please explain how backing up a corrupted windows 7 and then restoring it will magically fix the corruption? (it doesn't)
2. trying to update drivers when the OS is corrupted is going to give errors no matter which method you use to download the driver install package
In other words, FIX THE OS BY REINSTALLING
3, can "YOU" fix the Os without reinstalling it? based on your current questions i suspect you don't have the necessary skills to do so, and even if you did the time spent on trying to fix it would likely be much longer than backing up your current data and doing a reinstall
4. during the win 10 install ALWAYS take the current updates option, as newer updates fix bugs add features and increase hardware compatibility with windows 10

When was PC without problems - Did a Full Acronis TI 2020 backup. Open Adobe PS and all software were OK.
Also,
I did create a restore point before trying the upgrade to Windows 10 [from Windows 7]
now in Windows 7 Pro failure-upgrade OS - problematic - Not open Adobe PS and other software-gives error, only some basic software opens like Paint of Windows 7.
Not show my restore point - named "just prior Win 10 upgrade" - so revert System files back to this point - what can do???
I think I can diskpart/clean SSD and restore back the backup, or try to FIX the corrupted Win 7 Pro system. After upgrade graphic card drivers and upgrade to windows 10 from DVD.
well?
Question: Restore points in Windows 7 - seem after upgrade to windows 10 - from Windows 10 or from failed Win 7 ??? Or maybe destroyed in the process of change OS,...?

this
HP xw6600 Workstation System BIOS 01.46 Rev. A 3.1 MB Oct 16, 2012
is the same as 01.46 Not with Rev.A???
Is BIOS needed update, for below replied screenshot?
Is this important for upgrade from Windows 7 to 10?
Also APPLIED ALL WINDOWS 7 PRO UPDATES and Graphics card driver Not needed update
You think if try now UPGRADE TO Windows 10 Pro should succeeded???
During upgrade should choose download updates, drivers during installation?

I updated to Win 10 Pro from Win 7 Pro
But when startup PC I am always getting the alert - in the attachment - if choose yes or no - the other restart reappears... I think the graphic card is Matrox... what to do?
