HP Recommended
Product: HP ProDesk 600 G3

So I am on a budget for $200 and I got a HP ProDesk 600 G3 but I want to upgrade it for gaming... What can I do or what do I need..

due to the "SFF" form factor the only upgrades you can do are CPU/Ram/Video card

 

the video card must be a low profile 35 watt or less (and may require specific hardware you may not currently have)

 

 

bottom line,..........not practical/worthwhile to upgrade for gaming

 

buy another (mini tower) system avoid all SFF systems and systems that use proprietary power supplies unless a 3rd party power ATX adapter is available

 

the HP z400 systems are within your 200 dollar budget and will be faster than your current sff system could ever be
