Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everybody out there using HP workstations,

The "HP Z Turbo Drive Dual Pro" I inserted into my HP Z440 workstation does not appear on Windows 10.

I put one Crucial NVMe SSD with 1 TB into the first slot of the "HP Z Turbo Drive Dual Pro".

I tried different jumper positions, but none of them worked. (I could find no manual for the "Dual Pro" - only for the "Quad Pro".

Is the LED cable mandatory?

I would be grateful for hints to additional diagnostics I could run to pin down the problem.

led cable is not mandatory, the dual/quad boards are exactly the same

 

all that is different between them is that the dual is missing the hardware connectors for two m.2 slots
