Product: HP EliteOne800 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
As far as I can see, the 800 G5 has a HDMI port and DisplayPort, it also has a usb c port, I'm wondering is it possible to use it as a monitor for other devices, such as PC? Thank you.

It is an AIO machine, its specs
https://www8.hp.com/h20195/V2/GetPDF.aspx/4aa7-5778eee
which shows it has 1 DisplayPort™ 1.2 port and 1 HDMI port. Both are OUT ports therefore you can't use its screen as a standalone monitor.
Regards.
