i don't think you actually know that the two M.2 SSD cards you have linked to are "NOT" dual nvme ssd cards, they use one slot for a "SINGLE" NVME ssd and the other slot for a SATA based M.2 ssd  look at the cards and you will see the sata connector that needs to have a sata cable from the motherboard to the card to use the cards sata slot

so the answer is yes both the m.2 cards will work as long as you understand that they are nvme/sata not dual nvme

dual nvme card for z440, bifurcation is not supported on the z440,

while the chipset is capable of this HP does not enable it in the bios

as such you must use a card that does not require bifurcation if you plan on booting from a dual ssd raid

(non booting raid setups can simply use two single M.2 pci-e ssd cards)

your USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 PCIe Card will also work and is a 20GBps card (currently the fastest there is)

So, ECC RAM get if ECC current, and also the RAM speed should be the same as currents chips?

HP Z440 has dual or quad channel RAM...?

Is any other Spec should match...?

Only If having SATA M.2 disk in the PCIE CARD, the SATA Cable required, correct? If only PCle m.2 NOT NEEDED SATA CABLE... Correct?
