We are having an issue with our ProDesk 400 G5 SFF PCs when using a HP DisplayPort to VGA Adapter where the PC will not show anything on the monitor. If we take that same PC and connect the same VGA cable without the adapter it works perfectly fine. I updated all the graphic, monitor and BIOs updates but that has not helped. While I have the adapter connected, I am able to remote to the PC and noticed that Device Manager shows two monitors are connected when truly only one is connected. If I remove the adapter and only use the VGA cable it shows just one monitor. That same adapter works just fine with our other desktops models but not the 400 G5 SFF. How can I resolve this issue?
