Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15t-eg000 CTO

Hi Team, I have purchased my laptop from USA 9 months back. Now I am in India. Since last two months my Keybaord is not working.  So I went to service center they repaired it and after one week same issue. Then they said we need to replace motherboard and it is not available in India and for that you have to go USA. 

They said for hardware we don't support in India. So just to Repair laptop they are asking me to go to USA. 

Can you arrange same motherboard part in India ASAP.

This is really frustating. I am calling India helpdesk. USA HELPDESK and getting zero output.

Please look into it ASAP.
