HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-r0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-r0xx can no longer write @, when pressing alt-gr and 2 which it should with danish keyboard. None of the alt-gr signs work and when alt-gr 5 is pressed a € sign comes up, which is not on the keyboard. Have tried updating all drivers and BIOS. Changing location and language which didnt help. Help!

try another keyboard, and if the replacement works you will need to replace the original keyboard with one that suits your tastes/needs

Thank you.

It is not a hardware problem, as if i activate the visual keyboard, I  it is not the correct keyboard  that is displayed on screen compared to the one I have *eg where if you press alt-gr 2 a @ sign will appear". I have tried chaging language and keyboard setting, removing driver and reinstalling etc..

Best regards Søren
