HP Z4 G4 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I re-installed Windows 10 Pro (64bit) on my new Z4 Workstation and tried to install the suggested Intel LAN Driver from the official HP Website for this Workstation.

In the Windows Device Manager my network-adapter appears now as Intel Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V, but the device can not start (error code 10).

I already tried some older versions of this Intel LAN driver but with no positiv effect.

Have someone an idea what I can do now to make my network-adapter work again? Before I re-installed Windows the adapter worked without problems.

Thanks for your help.

Problem solved.

I re-installed Windows 10 again an disabled my network-adapter in the BIOS. After a new-start I activated the adapter in the BIOS again and installed the LAN Driver. Now everything is fine.
