Z440
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear, I have in my HP workstation Z440 "LSI Adapter, SAS2 2308 Mustang" for SAS hard drives. In the workstarion installed two SAS - 300gb hard drive only - connected in LSI Adapter. No SATA. The operationg system is windows 10 Pro 64bit. Problem is system showing only one Hard drive second SAS Hard drive volume not showing. Please Help me for proper configuring of both Hard drive.

The Specifications for LSI SAS2308 controller can be accessed at this URL:

       Note that this controller should support JBOD hard disks (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-RAID_drive_architectures

    , so you should be able to access each of your SAS hard disks even if you have not configured them as RAID of any kind.

  More data on its use may be obtained at BroadCom Support page:

   (possibly requires some kind of subscription).    Also, Information on configuring RAID on LSI 2308 can be found in HP Z440, Z640 and Z840 Workstation Series Maintenance and Service Guide:
