press "y" to enter the missing information
things like serial# and feature byte string
can be found on the case label
the CT number can be found on the motherboard (or in bios if not erased)
often printed on the surface near or under the PCI-E or memory slots.
It's a 14-digit number, printed in silk screen
rest of information should be self explanatory

@DGroves - Thanks for your reply.
I found the CT number, but what do you mean when you say "Case Label"?
If you mean the print on backside of the chassis, I'm not sure what number I'm looking for - see pic.
if you mean the box that the PC was packed into, I do not have this anymore 😞

Well, usually the Build ID and the Feature Byte appear on the PC (either as a paper label or on the metal housing).
Since they do not appear in your case, it is easy to find them using the Serial Number on HP Website PartSurfer
URL: HP PartSurfer https://partsurfer.hp.com/?searchtext=8CG8240B3Y.
In fact, these are the required data found there:
2RT70ES | IMG_BUILDID | BID=16WWW4FT601#SUUW#DUUW
|
and Feature Byte:
2RT70ES | IMG_Desc1 | 3E3X476J6b727B7H7M7Q7T7W7m9AapaqaubhdUdp |

Feature Byte characters should be entered very carefully, keeping Capital letters and small letters as they are in the PartSurfer listing; no spaces between characters.
