Hi @rajkrish,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your monitor!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

1. Check the Power Connections

Ensure that all power connections are securely attached.

  • Power Cord: Verify that the power cord is firmly connected to both the monitor and the power outlet.
  • Power Adapter: Ensure the power adapter is properly connected to the power cord's input.

2. Test the Power Outlet

Confirm that the power outlet is functioning correctly by plugging in another device.

  • If the other device works, the issue lies with the monitor or its power cord.
  • If the other device does not work, try a different power outlet.

3. Inspect the Power Cord and Adapter

Check for any visible damage or wear on the power cord and adapter.

  • Replace any damaged components.
  • Ensure connections are secure and fit snugly.

4. Reset the Monitor

Perform a reset to resolve potential internal issues.

  • Disconnect the power cord from the monitor and the power outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the monitor and then to the power outlet.

5. Test with Another Power Adapter

If possible, try using a different power adapter that fits the monitor's specifications.

I hope this helps.
