1. Check the Power Connections

- Power Adapter: Ensure the power adapter is properly connected to the power cord's input.
2. Test the Power Outlet
Confirm that the power outlet is functioning correctly by plugging in another device.
- If the other device works, the issue lies with the monitor or its power cord.
- If the other device does not work, try a different power outlet.
3. Inspect the Power Cord and Adapter
Check for any visible damage or wear on the power cord and adapter.
- Replace any damaged components.
- Ensure connections are secure and fit snugly.
4. Reset the Monitor
Perform a reset to resolve potential internal issues.
- Disconnect the power cord from the monitor and the power outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the monitor and then to the power outlet.
5. Test with Another Power Adapter
If possible, try using a different power adapter that fits the monitor's specifications.
