My HP All-In-One is apparently stuck on W11 22H2 has not upgraded to 23H2. I have automatic updates switched on and monitor this on a regular basis. I am still getting the monthly Microsoft patches but no sign of an upgrade to the latest version. I also own a W11 laptop and that upgraded 3 months ago.
Does any one has any suggestions?

Do not boot the USB, just browse to the USB and find and run "setup.exe" and be sure to specify not to delete any user files.

Thanks, this has enabled me to fix the issue. The link gives a Microsoft web page with 3 different options for running W11 upgrades. I downloaded a MS Installation Assistant and then was able to install version 23H3. It was good to get this done as 22H2 will stop getting all updates in a month's time.
The only odd thing that the upgrade does not show in Update History in Settings, presumably as it was run manually.
