Product: HP ProLiant Gen 9
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

My Server Proliant gen9 Fan always noisy?

I have try re-install Windows, I have try clean inside  by dust blower!

It's still noisy everytime!

How to fix it????
