and i also tend to agree that Intel AND HP both share in the thermal spec shenanigans that their marketing people push

it makes it harder to pick a system that matches their needs which is why in general i don't recommend "SFF" systems  most of the time due to their compromises made for this form factor

BTW the HP perf sink you linked to is also listed as a 65 watt/125 watt cooler in many listings

Hello. If I were to use one of those coolers, the lid would have to be off, as they would spread heat inside the case. The good thing about the mounted cooler is that it blows air out of the case, as it should.

But now I live with that program AND that I have set the cooler to 30% speed when it is idling.

Before it was at 0% and it was spinning very slowly.

But it can be heard now, and still get way to hot. The big challenge is that it blows at exactly the same speed until it hits about 95 degrees. It has no in between, or when it hits, for example, 70 degrees, it speeds up.

But i´m gonna sell it, i´m very disappointed at this thing.

I´m just gonna wait until the machine i want, comes out.

But thank you for your answer
