I CANT update my windows . it says i need tpm 2.0 in order to update  my windows. also my touchscreen isnt working again.

sorry, but we don't do miracles and as such no information on which model computer and the current OS = NO HELP CAN BE PROVIDED....................all i can do is state that your current system must support TPM 2.0 and have at least a 8th gen intel CPU or a AMD Ryzen based CPU

 

in general you cannot change the generation of the CPU so if you currently have a 7th gen or lower or a system that does not support upgrading the TPM to v2.0 then you officially cannot install windows 11...........however most systems can run windows 11 using a modified win 11 installer that by passes the cpu/tpm checks using a program called "Rufus" google rufus for details on usage and download from the rufus web site
