Hi,

lately the cooling fan is very noisy, I tried to clean it but with poor results.
I found replacement fans but almost all of them are refurbished and I'm afraid that in a short time I could face the same problem.
Does somebody know if the original fan could be replaced with an equivalent part?
The original fan is an AVC BASA0710R2U (4 pin header).
Thank you, regards.

Go to eBay and type in the search bar exactly this:

avc basa0710r2u "new"

They'll likely all be sent directly from China. I'd not hesitate for what you need... that is where they are all made.

Thank you for the reply.

I already searched on ebay and found many of it but it needed over one month to have it so I tried to post here for a "quicker" possible solution.

Obviously if there isn't other solution I will buy one from them.

My new stuff from China comes in about 2 weeks. If it is small it gets packed in with more expensive stuff on jets. Slow boats for the big stuff.

You can't get much smaller than one of those fans!
