The HP engage One AIO encountered network issue. Wasn't able to connect to network and hence unable to get internet. After come checking, the Realtek USB GbE Family Controller seems to be missing. Trying to reset the driver but failed with error msg "Windows has stopped the device because it has reported problem. (Code 43)" -- "A USB port reset request failed."
Able to advise the next course of action to take?

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06994660#AbT5
It does NOT use Realtek USB GbE Family adapter BUT it uses Intel I219-LM Gigabit Network Connection LOM (standard). Please download and install (the first one):
Regards.
