From what I see everywhere on google you cannot find your MS Office Key like this because part of it doesnt even live on the system.

I followed the directions and roadblocked each time.  Looks like Im SOL on re-install.

legit volume licenseing of office is only used when the company needs to activate a large (and imean large!) number of systems with office installs (usually over 1000 systems) this is due to the cost of a volume license it's not cheap

you can either go back to the company who holds the license and talk to their "IT" dept or contact microsoft directly and provide the current key and they will then let you know if it's a valid key and if it's a volume or acidemic license or a pirated install

based on your previous replys it appears this software came with the computer and therefor you do not have a valid license to use said software. if this is so .. buy a legit copy of office

I have legit software.  I'll just have to decommission my older desktops that are using it, which is actually pretty handy.

So wierd.  I did a quick 'Reset' except I hooked up the workstation in its final configuration with my LG Monitor, which has built in speakers.  In this arrangement, after reset, all those NVIDIA drivers became live and I have sound through my computer speakers.

When I plug in my workstation to a monitor without speakers, I have no sound when speakers are plugged into the sound jack in the back.  Man, this is so bizarre.  I'm leaning toward the jack actually being faulty.  That can't be really likely, but it sure as heck looks that way.  Somehow, there must be 4 audio HDMI channels on the NVIDIA Graphics card because that is what WIndows sees.

Not sure what to do to get it to work through the card jac, because that's the configuration I need.  Also, I already had NVIDIA Control panel installed even though I did a 'reset and remove everything'.  Does this mean it just used an image of a good install?

And the winner is:  BIOS UPDATE

Installed new bios through windows, restarted, device already working.
