Hi All,

 

Was this finally resolved by replacing the cmos chip (where can i get one)? Did HP help to resolve this? I have the same issue, stupid enough updated the cmos on a working RP2 POS from our rugby club. Hope you can help me. Thanks in advance...

I ended up replacing the computers that were affected.  I even tried the new v2.21 BIOS released in October and it did not fix the issue.  Swapping the BIOS chip from a working system did fix the problem.  Maybe you can try contacting HP to see if they will sell you one.
