Using HP Thin Clients T530, T540, T630 on ThinPro 8.1 with the latest versions available of Citrix Workspace and Firefox installed from the HP Repository.

Occasionally some of the thin clients are unable to access a .ica file

An error message appears saying:

No value for (Enable_TLS_RSA_) satisfies all lockdown requirements

When press quit or exiting the window for the error message a follow up error appears.

Keyboard mapping file " " is invalid or does not exist.

Any advice on why this is happening and how to fix this? This did not happen at all on ThinPro 8. I have been reimaging the devices, but I am worried that eventually the error will occur again.

Thank you.

An update for anyone that is interested - not good news.

Unfortunately this has been a reoccurring issue now for all our thin clients on 8.1. They will work for a while but then eventually when trying to run a Citrix session they get the 'No value for (Enable_TLS_RSA_) satisfies all lockdown requirements' message.

Looks as if there is a registry key to enable TLS RSA located here:

However enabling this does not resolve the issue.

As there's nothing documented on this, we have started reverting any ThinPro 8.1 thin clients back to ThinPro 8.

Hey there,

I just tried to install ThinPro 8.1 on my test client and stumbled upon the same problem. It happens every time I try to open a Citrix desktop session from Firefox storefront login.

HP Elite t655 Thin Client

ThinPro 8.1 SP2 (T8X81022 Version 2.5)

The Service Pack includes Citrix Workspace Version 23.2.0.10hp3 and firefox-esr 115.0.1esr+deb-1

Retyping the whole error message for easy google search:

Sperranforderungen werden nicht erfüllt

Kein Wert für (Enable_TLS_RSA_) erfüllt alle Sperranforderungen. Wenden Sie sich an den Helpdesk.

Lockdown requirements not satisfied

No value for (Enable_TLS_RSA_) satisfies all lockdown requirements. Please contact your help desk.

Keyboard mapping file "" is invalid or does not exist.

I will also revert to ThinPro 8.0 now.

Lets hope HP fixes this or someone knows how to circumvent this issue.

Hi Hollenstein4,

Sorry to see your dealing with the same issue. Though I am slightly relieved it is not just me who has this problem, so thank you for your post!

I was thinking of testing the latest version of 8.1 SP2 recently to see if this was fixed but after your post I will now hold from doing so.
