Elitedesk 800 g1 usdt,  fresh W10 and drivers, Device Mgr shows good, Network shows good too. NIC driver says its working. SP95636, NIC 1219, 12.18.8.4 Rev.A, 4-15-19. ANY help would be appreciated, thanks.
