Hello,
do you have a idea what the cause of it? warranty is over since 4 weeks. what to do?
sharp paring knife: we are having problems turning on our computers. Since delivery we noticed that the button was placed very flat. That means it was never possible to press the button with your finger, but almost with your nails. The situation has always annoyed us, but we tried again every day.
For a few months now, we have not been able to press the button. Me and others have a sharp paring knife on the desk so we can start our computer every morning. Of course, this is not a situation and we ask you to take the matter into account.
Everyone else has the same problem with the button, but it's not as bad as it is for us.

I think you have this type of front panel
The button is in the top corner but cannot be seen as it is too dark
Possibly you can make an adjustment so the button is not stuck so deep.
Maybe a broken spring.
