OK, thanks.
You need these W7 drivers instead:
Intel AMT LMS_SOL for AMT 8.xx
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Enterprise Utility and Driver for Microsoft Windows 7.

Hi:
That is an add-on device that HP is not going to have drivers for.
You need this driver for that device:
[Manufacturer]
%ProviderName%=PCIPorts, NTamd64
[PCIPorts]
%PCI.SerialPort%=ComCard,PCI\VEN_9710&DEV_9865&SUBSYS_1000A000&REV_00
%PCI.ParallelPort%=LptCard,PCI\VEN_9710&DEV_9865&SUBSYS_2000A000&REV_00
You will have to use a free file unzipping utility to convert the cabinet file to a driver folder and manually install the driver from the device in the device manager.
I have also done the work for you, zipped the file up and attached it below:
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager. Click on the PCI\VEN_9710&DEV_9865 device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for driver software' option and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
