Hello,

 

just updated to Windows 10 Professional and tried to select the drivers at

 

https://support.hp.com/de-de/drivers/selfservice/hp-z2-tower-g4-workstation/20063240

 

but still the PCI Serial Port driver is missing

Does anybody know where to find the right driver?

if this system is not part of a domain, then enter the bios and disable "AMT" to remove the intel com3 device or just ignore the com 3 in device manager

 

AMT has known security issues and should not be enabled unless actually required for remote access to your computer

 

the serial driver is part of the "Intel Management Engine Software Update and Utilities" 2031.15.0.1743 Rev.A
