Hello,
just updated to Windows 10 Professional and tried to select the drivers at
https://support.hp.com/de-de/drivers/selfservice/hp-z2-tower-g4-workstation/20063240
but still the PCI Serial Port driver is missing
Does anybody know where to find the right driver?
Thanks for the help
Gerd

if this system is not part of a domain, then enter the bios and disable "AMT" to remove the intel com3 device or just ignore the com 3 in device manager
AMT has known security issues and should not be enabled unless actually required for remote access to your computer
the serial driver is part of the "Intel Management Engine Software Update and Utilities" 2031.15.0.1743 Rev.A
