Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just acquired a nice Z820 for a home lab.  Can anyone explain to me what PCIe Performance Mode does?

leave it at the default. PCIe Performance Mode when enabled will prevent other desirable bios options from being enabled whic actually do increase overall system speed

PCIe Performance Mode mucks with the pcie bus timings, and is only used/applied in very specific cases with specific cards that normal users will never see/use

Thanks for the clarification.  I noticed it disabled things like turbo mode.  The lab I use is very I/O intensive so I try to squeeze all I can.
