Performance advisor causes Z420 to freeze

HP Performance Advisor causes a Z420 Workstation to freeze solid, needing a power off reboot.

Have:

1. Installed latest Bios,
2. Lastest firmware,
3. Lastest workstation version of Perf Advisor
4. Standard Win 10 x64 install, no other AV installed

Seems to lockup at the initial evaluation of the platform stage.

Any thoughts?

I would guess, based on the little I found on the subject, that this software is not suited for your Windows 10 environment.
