There is almost no difference between these 240-watt power supplies (in other words, don't bother) and there is no difference between the 657094-xx1 motherboard versions either.
You can run any Windows version on your HP Compaq Elite 8300 SFF if you so choose, by following ingenious Windows upgrade methods for "unsupported PCs" like this YouTube instructional video shows: How to Install Windows 11 on Unsupported PC in 2025 (New Easiest Method, No CMD), or: Windows 11 Upgrade (24H2 and older) on Unsupported Hardware: ISO Downloads and More | Dong Knows Tec....
