Hello,
According to the product spec (https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-prodesk-600-g2-desktop-mini-pc/8376393/document/c04819833#Ab...), this system supports Intel AMT. However, after I enabled AMT in the BIOS and used Ctrl-P to provision it in the firmware, I only got "Intel Standard Manageability" instead of the advanced version. This lower-tier version does not give the KVM remote desktop feature. How can I enable the AMT features on this machine as advertised?
Thanks!

the intel "AMT" does not include a built-in KVM in it's specifications this feature is handled through AMT using the "SOL" virtual line driver and requires a external KVM box attached to the computer

note that KVM boxes vary in abilities/feature sets, with cheap units being very basic in the feature set they support
some venders might include built-in KVM functions on high end workstations, and all servers include KVM support built-in or as a add on module
your ProDesk 600 G2 is a lowed business system and as such does not include a built-in KVM
