Good afternoon, I have HP thin clients in the concept of a "thin" T430 client with the ThinPro 7.1.0 operating system with service pack 6. After upgrading to version SP16, there was a problem with remote management via the VNC client protocol. There is a very large delay in actions, although everything works quickly on the client itself. Reducing the screen resolution on the client to 800x600 fixes the problem. The following values have been reduced in the TigerVNC remote access program: "user compression level: 0 and Allow JPEG compression: 0. These settings do not increase the response speed of the interface. By installing SP6 on the same thin client, the problem disappears. Tell me where to look to solve this problem, thank you.
