Good day! I need your help with this question:
There is an HP ProOne 440 G5 23.8-in All-in-One Business PC, when turned on the screen displays the HP logo and the inscription “Protected by HP Sure Start”, and the loading stops there. When you press the ESC keys, F1-F10 at the bottom left writes:
ESC - Entering Startup Menu...
F1 - Entering System Information...
F2 - Entering System Diagnostics...
...
F10 - Entering Setup Menu...
Those. It responds to key presses but doesn’t let me in anywhere.
Tried:
- 3 different keyboards
- Reset BIOS (disconnected the battery, it is 2.99V)
- Reset CMOS (with button on motherboard)
- installed another HDD and SSD M2
- Many attempts to restore the BIOS from a flash drive using the Win+B combination (unsuccessfully, does not respond)
There was a strong feeling that the PC, after going through the POST procedure, went into some kind of defense or became fixated on some error.
Thanks in advance!
